I’m a strategic design leader with 15+ years of experience building scalable digital products and the systems behind them. I lead with empathy and candor, and over the past 10+ years have recruited, coached, and grown high-performing design teams.

I currently lead the Design Platform team at LTK, where we built Runway, LTK’s design system, from the ground up. Runway powers the consumer, creator, and brand platforms, creating shared standards that help teams move faster while maintaining quality and cohesion across the ecosystem.

My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and team enablement. I specialize in aligning design and engineering around durable foundations that scale. Whether guiding enterprise platform migrations or evolving governance models, I focus on building infrastructure that empowers teams to do their best work.

Real Life

I am a mom of 2. 

I’m passionate about helping kids connect with their cultural roots. I founded Culture Tatertots to make learning about Chinese culture playful and accessible for families. In 2020, I launched a successful Kickstarter for the Culture Tater Tot Box, a Lunar New Year activity kit for kids. I wrote and published a children’s book, designed all packaging and content, and fulfilled over 300 orders from our family room while three months pregnant.

Today, Culture Tatertots continues to share cultural content, play-based learning, and activity kits with families across the community.
