How might we reimagine the CNNMoney homepage to better serve our users?

The Task & Activities

• Analyzed benchmark performance data/insights for feature improvements

• Designed wireframes and new site UI

• Conducted user testing of beta site

• Partnered with Engineering team to deliver design specs and assets

• Worked with Revenue team on new ad components and placement

My Role

• Responsible for delivering wireframes to meet product needs

• Provided creative direction to 3 product designers on the project

• Observed user interviews conducted by research team

• Acted as Design Lead in the cross-functional leadership team 

• Presented progress and designs to executive leadership and stakeholders

• Created content programming strategy
